Agile transformation has been a very popular topic in the recent past. Digital transformation has brought new requirements to our lives – we have to be fast, flexible, and adaptable more than ever. This “need for speed” has impacted our way of working. Hence, we have started discussing agile way of working, agile organizations, agile project management, and agile leadership. In this agile world, learning needs have to be taken care in an agile way. That’s why we have to reconsider and adapt traditional learning design methodologies to develop faster, modular, need-based learning content with the right learning development team. In this presentation, we will talk about the term agility and how agile way of working can be applied into learning design. During the presentation, we are planning to answer the following questions: • What is agile? Why is there a need for agility? • What are the agile values? • How does agile transformation look like for a company? • What does agile learning design mean? • How do we develop need-based and modular trainings in a much faster way?
